This website is dedicated to a discussion of the ways in which digital humanities instruction and classroom activities can be used to help expand our knowledge of authors who have traditionally been left out of the canon, due to historic marginalizations of gender, race, religion, and sexuality, etc. In expanding awareness and appreciation for these works, we hope to provide examples of how the English literary canon (nebulous of a term as that is) can be expanded and become more inclusive.
